Polo Hubcaps – How to remove them

The iconic look of the Nissan Figaro is one that is easily recognisable from its sweeping curves, chrome-plated bumpers and ivory ‘polo’ wheel trim and chrome centre caps. However, removing the polo’s without scratching or cracking the plastic can be tricky. Here we show you a good way of prising them away carefully so this does not happen.

Firstly remove the wrench from your toolkit located in your lower boot

Now using some masking tape mask the end

Now carefully remove the centre hub

Now working from the inside, carefully lever the hub using the nut as leverage

Now insert the end into the end and carefully prise apart

Lastly, using your fingers, pull the polo away from the tyre
