El Pardo is a special little village very close to Madrid. This area is where Spanish King Felipe VI has his residence (Palacio de la Zarzuela). The small city El Pardo was built around a hunting palace built in 1405 by the King Enrique III. It is currently the official residence of the Heads of State, which visit Spain.
El Pardo has around 3500 inhabitants and celebrates also the Three Kings Parade that was led by a Figaro this year. Hundreds of children were waiting for the Kings at the town square.
