Painting – Original Centre Console
Being over 30 years old the original console can become worn where legs touch it or through use. Yesterday I decided to try a spray the item using The Figaro Shop Interior Ivory Aerosol 400ml. I was concerned that being flexible the paint may not adhere correctly but it worked brilliantly and the colour match is spot on.
My main tips: Apply outside, wear a facemask, and eye protection and apply using very light coats, leaving a good 10 minutes between them. Re-install into the car after 24 hours.
