Last Tuesday marked a sad day for many Figaro owners in London, as the extension of ULEZ made owning their beloved cars uneconomical. Many of these cars have been owned for up to 15 years, making the news even more heartbreaking. The irony of the situation is that if you have the money, you are still able to drive your Figaro, but if you don’t have the money, you can’t. It can be difficult to make sense of this, especially when the people affected are those who can least afford it!
